Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment center. We ship internationally, including the United States and Europe, with the same public delivery standard across help pages.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch.
When will tracking update?
Tracking usually starts updating within 24-72 hours after dispatch. If it has not updated after 72 hours, contact support@tintlure.com with your order number.
How do 2+ BOXES SHIP FREE / Buy 3 Get 3 / Buy 4 Get 4 offers work?
The offer is automatic in cart. You can mix shades and mix powers in the same order, as long as eligible items meet the offer quantity.
Do you support prescription powers?
Yes. On eligible product pages, choose Power(L) and Power(R) before adding to cart.
How do I get help after ordering?

What is the return or refund window?
Unopened, unused items can be reviewed within 7 days of delivery. For wrong, damaged, or missing items, contact support@tintlure.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
