Return window
Unopened, unused items can be reviewed within 7 days of delivery. Items must remain sealed and in original condition.
Problem orders
For wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items, contact support@tintlure.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos if relevant.
Shipping and tracking
Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment center. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch, and tracking usually updates within 24-72 hours after dispatch.
