Shipping questions
Orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong fulfillment center. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days, and estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Tracking usually updates within 24-72 hours after dispatch.

Returns and issue review
Unopened, unused items can be reviewed within 7 days of delivery. For wrong, damaged, or missing items, contact support@tintlure.com within 14 days of delivery.
